She began her career with the telephone company, where she spent 18 years developing a strong foundation in customer care and communication. She also had the unique opportunity to work at the "Happiest Place on Earth," Disneyland, further strengthening her passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Since entering the commercial insurance industry in 2006, Helena has built a rewarding career, helping clients protect their businesses. She enjoys developing long-lasting relationships with her clients and takes pride in providing personalized service and dependable support.
