History

On June 1, 1995, Frank Saint Insurance Agency and Ben Moore Insurance Agency combined efforts and now operate as, Saint Moore Insurance Agency. Saint Insurance Agency was established in 1958 and The Moore Agency began in 1967. They have been in Redlands throughout that time to the present.

Both agencies brought with them over 35 years of superior service to their clients and outstanding knowledge and experience in the industry.

Saint Moore Insurance Agency is a full service commercial agency specializing in insurance programs for small, medium & large businesses. The office offers Liability, Auto, Property, Workers’ Compensation, and Bonding in the traditional marketplace as well as Captive Insurance Programs. In addition, we offer full service Personal Lines and a Life and Health Department.

One association that acknowledges Saint Moore Insurance Agency as their Broker of Record is the Mason Contractors Association of California, Inc. for both General Liability and Workers’ Compensation. We are also an authorized agent for the Artisans Captive Insurance Company.

Amy Mulder

Amy Mulder has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Saint Moore, she led a masonry apprenticeship program where she gained extensive experience in project coordination, OSHA compliance, and insurance oversight. Since joining Saint Moore in 2013, Amy has earned a reputation as a dedicated, 24/7 agent who is always available for her clients.

Deeply rooted in the community she serves, Amy has actively participated on numerous local boards and remains committed to giving back through various forms of community involvement.

Amy is married and has one son. In her spare time, she enjoys attending concerts, traveling, fundraising for causes close to her heart, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Barry Remillard

Barry Remillard has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. After graduating from California State Fullerton with a degree in finance and insurance, he worked at Aetna and Commercial Union Insurance until he joined Saint Moore Insurance in 1998 as an independent producer. “This agency maintains the highest level of ethics and honesty. Robert Steagall

With a degree in architecture from the University of Oregon and 38 years of experience in the insurance field, Robert has built a broad and deep knowledge of business and personal property and casualty insurance, as well as group and individual life, health and disability coverage. His clients’ satisfaction and peace of mind about their protection drive Robert’s client-centered approach to business. Saint Moore’s and Robert’s shared mission is to be our valued clients’ total coverage solution, and Robert understands how to make that happen. Amanda Johnson

Amanda Johnson is one of our Account Executive/Account Managers and she has been with Saint Moore Insurance since September 2015. Amanda became licensed in 2016, specializing in assisting contractors and farm/ranch owners with their insurance needs. Amanda's extensive knowledge of contractors and contract requirements is a result of direct experience from working for and with multiple contractors for over 10 years. Her knowledge of farm and ranch business comes from working in the ranching industry, along with her parents, in different capacities for 15 years. Amanda also belongs to a local BNI networking organization, where her focus is not only on business, but on helping the local community.  When she is not finding you the best insurance options for your business, she enjoys riding her horses, hunting, fishing, and shooting trap & skeet. Alissa Lehman

Alissa has been a valued member of the Saint Moore team since 2018, bringing with her a wealth of experience in commercial insurance. Her background includes working with a wide range of clients, from contractors and non-profits to restaurants. Demonstrating her versatility and dedication to protecting businesses of all kinds. Alissa is driven by a deep passion for helping organizations safeguard their futures.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in health administration from California State University, San Bernardino, and is committed to staying informed on the latest developments in the insurance industry to best serve her clients.

In addition to her professional work, Alissa is actively involved in her community and volunteers her time with several local non-profit organizations. Giving back is a core value that she carries into both her personal and professional life.

Outside the office, Alissa enjoys time with her “home team”—her husband, Jon, and their four adult children. A fun fact: the entire family gets creative each year by building elaborate props for their annual haunted house!

Jessica Santos

Jessica Santos, was born and raised in the Inland Empire. She is married, with 2 children. Her son is currently serving in the United States Army, which makes her younger daughter (along with her entire family) so proud of her BIG brother. As a family they enjoy camping and spending time on the river whenever possible.

Jessica has been a licensed insurance agent for over 20 years. She has specialized in Commercial Insurance, which has included, Contractors, Recyclers and Nonprofits just to mention a few. Jessica has always enjoyed helping and providing great service to her clients, with any of their insurance needs! In addition, she's very grateful for all the wonderful relationships she has built over the years with her insured's and now most importantly, folks she calls friends.

Whitney Conner

Whitney has been with Saint Moore since June of 2017.  With over 10 years’ experience in Management, Customer Service and Sales before starting in Insurance, she uses her knowledge, experience, and love for people to make every interaction as pleasant as possible. Since working at Saint Moore, she has worked in the Commercial Lines Department, assisting clients as an Account Manager, and is currently specializing in Certificates of Insurance. When she is not working, Whitney enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, family and friends, and spending time in the beautiful outdoors.

Tonja Dishmon

Tonja Dishmon has worked at Saint Moore Insurance Agency since February 2013. She has been in the insurance industry since June 1998. She has worked in both personal and commercial lines. Since joining Saint Moore she has worked as a Commercial Account Manager. Tonja enjoys her job and working with the agency producers to assist in marketing new accounts, quoting, binding, and servicing existing accounts. She has lived in California her entire life and has two grandchildren in California and four more in Oklahoma. She loves being called “Nana” and loves spoiling the grandkids even more.

Charlotte has been in the insurance industry since 2007, starting as a Commercial account producer and then moving over to the account management side. I truly enjoy helping people, whether it is saving our insureds money or making sure they have the correct coverage for their business.

When I am not working , I enjoy spending time with my family camping, going to the beach, taking road trips, summer vacations and Dodger games!

Kristina Mendoza

Kristina Mendoza was brought into the insurance industry in 2019 when her passion and experience in commercial trucking was given the opportunity to grow. Once she set foot in the insurance door, she knew that she had found her forever home and became licensed property and casualty agent January of 2020. Kristina has a saying, “I can help the commercial trucker with everything but driving the truck and delivering the load.” Kristina is looking forward to expanding her knowledge of insurance to service all commercial lines. Outside of Kristina’s career she is the ultimate sports mom to 4 amazing children plus the sweetest bonus son. Many people in the Inland Empire know her as Coach Krissy from her heavy involvement with coaching multiple sports. Whether on the field or in the office you can guarantee Kristina strives for excellence in everything she does.

Helena Orosco has worked in customer service since she was 17. She started her career working with the telephone company for 18 years. She also has had the pleasure of working at the happiest place on earth, Disneyland! She’s been working in the Commercial Insurance arena since 2006. She truly enjoys the career path she has chosen in insurance. Always happy to hear from her clients, she loves building relationships she has had for so many years. Customer service has been her specialty; at the end of the day her goal is to provide above and beyond service. Kaitlin VanHassel

Kaitlin has been with Saint Moore since June of 2023. After 9 years in the auto collision industry, Kaitlin was very excited to join the Saint Moore team and to be able to learn about the industry from the best team there is. As much as she loves being with Saint Moore, her favorite job is being an aunt to her wonderful nieces and nephews. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, reading, and going to concerts.

Cynthia Aguirre

Cynthia has been with Saint Moore Insurance since July 2017 and has been in the insurance industry since 2001. She has always worked in the Personal Lines department and continues to do so as an Account Manager. She is your go-to agent for quoting your insurance needs for auto, home, watercraft and recreational vehicles just to name a few. Cynthia can also assist you with any policy changes, billing questions and payments. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys working out, spending time with family, friends and her fur baby Charlye.

Angie Maneth

Angie Maneth returns to our office as our Personal Lines Account Manager with over 25 years of insurance knowledge. Over 16 years of her Insurance career has been spent right here at Saint Moore Insurance.  She looks forward to working with new and existing clients. She can get a policy started for you, shop your renewal, or make changes to your coverage.  

 In her free time, she enjoys RVing and exploring Florida along with her Southeastern States adventures. Taking along her husband, 2 teenage daughters and Cockerpoo.  She is excited to be back and can assist with you with anything insurance.

Janet Madriles

Janet has over 8 years of insurance experience. She is beyond excited to be working at Saint Moore Insurance Agency and wants to continue learning more to better assist in the Personal Lines Department. Janet enjoys spending time with her family by going out on road trips, trying new food places, and trying new coffee shops. Family is the most important thing in her life.

Stephanie Torres

Stephanie Torres, is a lifetime resident of Redlands, California.  She is married and has a daughter, three boys, along with the newest family addition, Bella. She loves to serve in her community and is currently, Treasurer for the Redlands High School Baseball Booster Club.  If she’s not helping one of her many wonderful clients, you’ll probably find her at a baseball field or enjoying the beach with her family! Stephanie is a Licensed Life and Health Agent with 25+ years of experience in the benefits marketplace. In addition, she has had her Property and Casualty License since 2017, to now help and assist her clients with all their insurance concerns. She truly enjoys hearing about a new challenge and how she’ll find the right solution for both employers along with employees.  Stephanie’s objectives are to provide business owners all the tools needed to administer:  Human Resources, Payroll, Compliance, ACA mandates and Employee Benefits with ease. Kristen Kammeyer

Kristen has been with Saint Moore since October 2019. She has over 10 years of experience in accounting and customer service, and is eager to learn and flourish within the world of insurance. Kristen possesses a strong work ethic and believes in always treating others the way you wish to be treated. In her free time, she is active in the community in regards to animal welfare, with a focus on fostering kittens and TNR.

Melissa Kienzle

Melissa Kienzle is our Accounting Assistant who has been with Saint Moore Insurance since January 2016. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, San Bernardino, and has worked in General Accounting for many years. Melissa enjoys working in the Accounting Department at Saint Moore Insurance assisting the Accounting Manager with the daily/monthly/annual Accounting transactions. She also provides support to the Commercial Lines Department, Personal Lines Department and Health & Benefits Department with invoicing, generating reports and problem solving. In her free time she enjoys going for walks with her family and getting together with friends to play games.

Robin Robertson

Robin Robertson is an Accounting Assistant and has been with Saint Moore since July 2024. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southern California College. Before coming to Saint Moore, she worked for 13 years in the Cybersecurity Center at California State University, San Bernardino. Robin works with direct bill commissions and assists the accounting manager as needed. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, hanging out with friends and spending time with her family whenever possible.

Debbie DeRosier-Chamberlain

Debbie has over 30 years experience in the banking and finance industry in the Inland Empire and brings her strong work ethic and dedicated to helping others. Debbie said, “I believe things work out like they are supposed to “and the timing was perfect for her to join the Saint Moore family!

Before joining Saint Moore Insurance Agency, Debbie worked for a mortgage lender where she worked in management, sales, customer service and underwriting and is looking forward to adding this new adventure to her list of successes.

Debbie is also an active volunteer with the Redlands Elks Lodge where she served five years on the Board of Directors and currently remains the Veteran’s Service Chairman, helping to support our local homeless veterans by organizing charitable events and donating to the needs of our heroes.

Debbie has been married to Gary for 28 years and together they have six children and a host of grandbabies. They enjoy traveling and camping with family and friends, going to concerts, horseback riding, biking and watching and playing sports.

In Memory of Mario Salazar

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Mario Salazar. Mario brought over 33 years of dedication to the customer service industry, including a distinguished 28-year career with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, where he retired as a Sheriff’s Sergeant. He was a valued member of the Saint Moore team and was known for his unwavering commitment to serving others—both professionally and personally.

Mario was deeply devoted to his family and community, always making himself available to those in need. He is survived by his loving wife, two children, and three grandchildren. His presence, professionalism, humor, and kind heart will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
